We are pleased to announce a new feature in our Online Banking. You can now click on deposit and view your deposit ticket and the checks that went with your deposit up to 100 items. Introducing Mobile Remote Deposit Capture! Now is the time to sign up for Mobile Banking located under the Administration tab within your online banking….

Using your CNB app on your mobile phone....

Three easy steps: Select Deposit… Take a picture of check front and back… Enter account information.       

 

 

               

       



 As an additional service to our Online Banking  customers, we will now be unlocking your Online Banking on Weekends, and Holidays.

 

Note: if you do not remember your password, click “Forgot Your Password?” on the password page and follow the online instructions to reset it yourself. The system will only allow three times to enter your password incorrectly, so if you have tried twice you should then go to "Forgot Password". 

If you are still experiencing difficulty logging in, you can send an email with your (username) to OLBlockout@citizensnb.com on Weekends,and Holidays from 10:00 am- 10:00 pm, one our friendly staff members will unlock you.
