Introducing Mobile Remote Deposit Capture! Now is the time to sign up for Mobile Banking located under the Administration tab within your online banking….

Using your CNB app on your mobile phone....

Three easy steps: Select Deposit… Take a picture of check front and back… Enter account information.       





 As an additional service to our Online Banking  customers, we will now be unlocking your Online Banking on Weekends, and Holidays.


Note: if you do not remember your password, click “Forgot Your Password?” on the password page and follow the online instructions to reset it yourself. The system will only allow three times to enter your password incorrectly, so if you have tried twice you should then go to "Forgot Password". 

If you are still experiencing difficulty logging in, you can send an email with your (username) to OLBlockout@citizensnb.com on Weekends,and Holidays from 10:00 am- 10:00 pm, one our friendly staff members will unlock you.



Beginning Sunday August 7, users that are still using Windows XP will no longer be able to connect to Online banking, and will need to upgrade to a supported operating system.




Our customers can now receive alert messages via txt if suspicious Debit Card activity occurs on your account.

If you receive a suspicious activity alert, you will need to confirm if this is a valid transaction.

Follow instructions in text message.  

A cell phone number is required to be on bank records in order to receive this new alert.
