On March 18, 2018 Citizens National Bank will be updating our mobile banking app. When you log in to your app you may receive the following message.

You are using a non-supported browser or app. Please use a supported browser or download a new app.

To fix this you may want to try the following:

1. Delete your mobile app and reinstall the Citizens National Bank app

2. Make sure you have done all your updates on your mobile.

 Always a good practice to keep your operating system and apps up-to-date.

SECURITY ALERT: TEXT MESSAGE SCAM!  We have received reports of customers getting a text message from  888-877-8880 notifying them that their debit card has been blocked with instructions to call 800-871-1655 to have it unblocked.  Upon calling the number, it then asks for the last 4 digits of the card number, and PIN number.  

DO NOT ACT ON THIS NOTICE!  Citizens National Bank will never communicate with via text asking for your card number, portion of your card number or PIN.  

If you have responded to the text message scam and provided your information, please contact our Bookkeeping Dept at 318-741-3500 during normal business hours.  After hours, please contact the Fraud Center at 800-500-1044.  We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
