Note: if you do not remember your password, click “Reset Your Password?” on the password page and follow the online instructions to reset it yourself. The system will only allow three times to enter your password incorrectly, so if you have tried twice you should then go to "Forgot Password".  


If you are still experiencing difficulty logging in, you can send an email with your (username) to OLBlockout@citizensnb.com on Weekends, and Holidays from 10:00 am- 10:00 pm, one our friendly staff members will unlock you.
