A new Look and Feel for Online Banking  

A new online banking look and feel is coming to you July 13th.  To install this enhancement, online banking will be unavailable from 10 pm Friday, July 12th to 4 am Saturday, July 13th.  Login credentials and your username and password will not change with this new enhancement. 

Look forward to an optimized experience across all device paths, including touch enabled capabilities and more intuitive navigation which provides simpler access to key features!

Note: if you do not remember your password, click “Reset Your Password?” on the password page and follow the online instructions to reset it yourself. The system will only allow three times to enter your password incorrectly, so if you have tried twice you should then go to "Forgot Password".  


If you are still experiencing difficulty logging in, you can send an email with your (username) to OLBlockout@citizensnb.com on Weekends, and Holidays from 10:00 am- 10:00 pm, one our friendly staff members will unlock you.
