TEXT Message SCAMS:  We have reports from customers receiving fraudulent text messages stating their debit cards have been Locked, with a request to call a phone number.  Upon calling the number, customers are asked to enter the last 4 digits of their card number, their zip code and their PIN!  CitizensNational Bank will NEVER ask for your PIN.  The following phone numbers are not affiliated with Citizens National Bank:

If you have responded to a text message scam and provided your information, please contact our Bookkeeping Department at 318-741-8255 during normal business hours.  After hours, please contact the Fraud Center at 800-500-1044.

 

***OUR FRAUD CENTER MAY COMMUNICATE VIA TEXT REQUESTING A ‘YES’ OR ‘NO’ RESPONSE TO A SPECIFIC TRANSACTION.  THEY WILL NEVER REQUEST YOUR PIN!
